Melanie
Melanie is the owner of Breckenridge Hair Company!
She is from Alma, Colorado and graduated from the
Academy of Cosmetology Arts and has been with Breck
Hair since 1995. She has owned Breck Hair sense 2003. She
has studied Aveda since the beginning of her career. She
has taken master cutting classes, master color classes, and
hair extensions classes. She has trained new stylists which
has kept her up to date with the latest and greatest hair
fashions. Melanie's passion for color drives her far and she
loves making each and every guest beautiful!

Tonda
Tonda grew up in Fairplay, Colorado and graduated from
Artistic Beauty Colleges in Arvada, Colorado.
She has been with Breck Hair since 2008 and at the
beginning of 2013, became the manager. Tonda has an
intense passion for doing hair for both men and
women. She loves doing out of the ordinary hair designs
and believes that hair is an art. Tonda has had a lifetime
fascination with makeup and is trained in a range of
makeup application from special occasion makeup
using Jane Iredale cosmetics to latex prosthetics used
in elaborate costume design. Tonda takes pride in her
work and loves every aspect of hairdressing!

Mandy
After graduating from the Aveda Institute, Mandy spent her
time in Denver not only working in a full service Aveda
salon, but also participating in multiple hair and fashion
shows. She regularly continues her education by taking
classes in current hair trends and by learning new tricks to
keep her clientele fashionable and up-to-date. Originally
from Maine, Mandy understands the need to create
versatile cuts and color while taking the extra steps
necessary in creatively customizing each design for her
new and existing guests.
After graduating from the Aveda Institute, Mandy spent her

Katie
Katie is from Monument, Colorado and graduated in the
top of her class from The Salon Professional Academy.
While in school, she took advanced cutting and coloring
classes, in addition to several Product Knowledge
classes. Upon graduating, she was presented with the
opportunity to do hair for various performances such as
The Nutcracker on Ice. After working in a Redken salon
in Monument for a while, Katie decided she wanted to
pursue her dreams of becoming trained in Aveda and
living in the mountains. She especially loves cutting and
coloring and she specializes in long layers, A-line
bobs and highlights.

Suzanna is an American Board Certified Haircolorist from
North Pole, Alaska. She graduated at the top of her class
from a high school program with her cosmetology license
from Maryland, where she has worked for the last 5 years.
She specializes in blonding techniques and matching color
to skin tone. She loves being creative and personalizing
updo’s for people on their special day. Her enthusiasm
about beauty and helping people boost their self-
confidence keeps her motivated in her job. She is also
trained in keratin treatments, makeup application, and
precision cutting.
